Have you ever had one of those days where you feel like you should just go back to bed because so many odd things are happening to you before your day even really starts? That’s how my morning was today. I’ll spare you all the details as it no longer matters because I choose to make it a great day regardless :)
Now back to the real reason of this post! I’m going to start a series on Thursday’s called Thrifting Thursday. A post dedicated to sharing my thrift store finds with you :) Fun right?!
Yesterday, I went to St. Vincent with a friend of mine on lunch to see what we could find. Some days I can go and find TONS of stuff that I fall in love with and some days…well….I only find one or two things. Yesterday was one of those days where I didn’t find much but I DID find this beautiful vase and some small salt and pepper shakers.

Great idea for a series! I have a couple of friends who go thrift shoping and find awesome things. They then sell these things on ebay for a lot more than they got them for. I just started getting into doing the same thing. I really like finding vintage pieces for home decor or selling them online.
ReplyDeleteThanks Ashely! It's so much fun going with a group. Everyone has such diffferent tastes and you just never know what you are going to get. I bought a tea cup and saucer from 1947 for under $5 and then went online...it was selling for $28. I just don't think I'd ever have the heart to resell them! lol My house is going to be filled to the top with glass hahaha. You should share pics of some of your finds!! I'd love to see them :)
